You might have missed the upgrade offer already. It was on from May til November. I think its over now.

I think 091614 is the only one that works with Zaap 409.

Haven't heard of Live Technologies who sell Zaaptv. How did you find them? Be careful who you purchase from, some of these sellers offer no tech support and have no idea about the product.

Good to hear things are working out with your Zaaptv. Let us know how it goes with the market place. Haven't tried many market apps myself yet, but its on the to do list.

HD209 has been discontinued... hurry up and take advantage of the Zaaptv trade in offer before its over. HD209 is not coming back.

Is it like that on just a few channels? could be the feed coming from Zaap and nothing to do with your box.
The color in the main menu looks fine so I dont think its problem with your Zaaptv...

Looks like a new USA jailbreak came out a few days ago on freemyzaaptv.blogspot.com

Try different usb ports on the zaaptv. Also make sure you copied over the file correctly and not a shortcut of the file or anything... worst case try a factory reset and try again.

You can install XBMC on the Zaaptv HD509n... it is included in the app store on Zaaptv for free. I've tried it and it works great. You can stream hd and everything is smooth on it.

If your still having problems with the 509, you should do a factory reset... it will usually fix any problems like this.

Make sure you have the newest file from june 27.

check the freemyzaaptv web site again and load the new jailbreak from june 27

Zaaptv is probably the best one to go with. Best TV is good also. boxes such as minix x8 are good too but for different content... good for streaming english movies and shows.

Try the new jailbreak files. They usually release a new one every month or two.

Everything working good here. Did you try to reboot the Zaaptv? Also try to reboot your router. If those dont fix it try a factory reset.

Are you using an air mouse for Netflix? They recommend using an air mouse remote for most apps on the Zaaptv. the Netflix app was made for touch screens so it doesn't work as well with the original...

MyZaaptv was for the older models HD109 HD209 and HD309. The HD409 and HD509 use jailbreaks instead to add channels. Best thing to do for making it easier for them is to add the channels they watch...

Try pressing the menu button when the device is booting up or unplug your internet cable and reboot and you can resetup the internet or wifi.
