unable to recognize media format

my receiver keep on telling me unable to recognize media format. even though i did full factory restore and unplugged it. help me please i bought it 3 months ago to soon to throw it

Hey guys, I'm havnig the same issue too. Called into a support line and they said that the servers are being updated.

Hopefully there's some new stuff for Ramadan!
