All I'm getting is a black screen.

I have Zaaptv HD509N. When I choose any channel all I get is a black screen.
Any idea how to fix? is there an outage?

I'm on a wired connection and it usually runs very smoothly.

I have the same problem.

I tried the Reset 509N Instructions on hp://www.********/Page and I still get a black screen.
