Hi and welcome to the forum. Yes Melody Aflam should be on the channel list. Are you not receiving it? Did you register your Zaaptv receiver yet?

You can try logging into your MyZaaptv at myzaaptv.***********
From there do a search for Aflam and it should appear in some of the channels or groups. Add them all and go into MyZaaptv on your receiver and hopefully one of them will work for you.
This is a list of channels not working at the moment with their respective error messages
Al Manar - no error message, it just doesn't load
Rotana Clip - Unable to recognize the media format
Rotana Music - Unable to recognize the media format
Rotana Zaman - Unable to recognize the media format
All the Nile Channels are not working except Nile Comedy and Nile Drama
Dream 1 - the stream is not available at this moment
Dream 2 - the stream is not available at this moment
Melody Drama - this channel works but I noticed that the image quality is pixelated
Dubai Racing - this is actually Mtv Music Channel
Arrabia - Has only an image os satellite frequency information on screen
Assadissa channel - has audio, no video
Channel 25 - Stream is temporary unavailable
Panorama - Action Unable to recognize the media Format
The above MBC channels are working sometimes, and sometimes the stream are not available

I registered my box and lost lots of channels specially the Nile ones . I am getting the message of disabled 15 channels and adding 200 Arabian for over 2 months. I wonder after their updating and adding do we have to update our box?.
Same here Jimmy, I think we must wait and see what happens then. I only get annoyed when they reply something like: " the issues are not from us, we have 100.000 units conected and no issues reported, you have either a router or internet conection issue"
Anyway guys, don't despair, we are not paying any fee for the service, aren't we? ...Im only not happy about loosing my favorite channels and not having a realistic response by them about what's really going on.
About updating, remember that is automatic, if you need to update the box, it will appear a message on screen asking you to do that.
